Available Franchise Territories
TruePane Windows & Doors is opening protected territories in markets where homeowners are tired of fighting about windows after the crew leaves. We built our name on one rule: if the pane is not true, the job is not done. That rule travels. We are looking for franchise owners who want to run a window and door business the square way, in a territory that is yours alone. No competing TruePane truck parked across the street. No scramble over zip codes. The open markets below are available now, and the first qualified owner in each one locks it in.
Open Markets
These twelve states currently have open territories for TruePane Windows & Doors. Each one has a housing stock and climate that keeps glaziers busy year round:
- Texas – heat, hail, and high humidity mean window seals and patio door rollers age fast. Dallas and Houston alone replace tens of thousands of openings a year.
- Florida – impact-rated windows and doors are code in much of the state, and the coastal market never stops.
- California – energy efficiency standards and a huge retrofit market make this a steady, high-volume opportunity.
- Georgia – Atlanta’s sprawling suburbs and older in-town neighborhoods are full of original 1970s and 1980s windows due for replacement.
- North Carolina – hot summers and cool winters stress seals and frames, plus a steady stream of new construction in the Research Triangle.
- Arizona – sun damage is brutal on frames and glass; the replacement cycle is shorter and the demand is constant.
- Tennessee – Nashville and Knoxville are booming, and the surrounding older housing stock needs doors and windows that actually close square.
- Ohio – freezing winters and humid summers punish cheap installs. Homeowners here know the difference between a true fit and one that leaks air.
- Pennsylvania – aging housing stock plus old steel casement windows means a deep, ongoing replacement market.
- Colorado – altitude, UV exposure, and snow load put serious stress on window structure and door hardware.
- Washington – the west side’s damp climate rots frames and fogs seals; the east side bakes. Both sides need glaziers who do it right.
- Virginia – a mix of historic homes and fast-growing suburbs, with humidity that finds every weak seal in a window.
How Territories Work
When we say protected, we mean it. We grant one franchise owner the exclusive right to operate under the TruePane name in a defined geographic area. That area is worked out in writing before you sign, not sketched on a napkin after. No other TruePane owner can quote, service, or install in your territory. If a job comes in from your area, the call goes to you. Period.
Exclusivity cuts both ways. You do not compete with our own corporate locations, and you do not compete with other franchisees for the same homeowner. That is the whole point of a protected territory: when you build a reputation in your market, you are the one who benefits from it. The homeowner who calls you back in year five is your customer, not a lead we reassign.
Reserving a territory starts with a conversation. We want to know who you are, where you have worked, and whether you understand what a square deal means to the homeowner who has been burned before. We will walk you through the investment, the training, and the support structure. A territory is held once we both agree it is the right fit. We do not rush that, and we do not pressure anyone into signing. A company that plans to be in town in thirty years does not need to.
What we stand behind as a brand, you stand behind as an owner. The Done Right Promise and The Keystone Standard travel with every franchise. So does a live person answering the phone, 24/7. So do background-checked, uniformed technicians. Those are not marketing lines. They are how Dale Kessler built TruePane, and they are how every territory runs.
