Under the Done Right Promise, our workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days from the day the job is complete. If a sash binds, a seal fails early, a door drags, or anything we installed does not perform the way we told you it would – you are entitled to a return visit and a correction at no charge. You do not have to prove anything to a claims department. You do not have to fill out a form. You call the same number you called to book the job, a live person answers, and we get it scheduled. The work we do and the materials we use are also covered by manufacturer warranties – both layers registered in writing, with durations stated plainly, before the truck leaves your driveway. That is The Keystone Standard, and it applies to every TruePane job, everywhere we work.

We Come Back Out

We schedule a return visit, and we show up when we said we would. The technician who returns is trained to the same standard as the one who did the original install – journeyman-level craft, not a helper sent to quiet the complaint. We look at what’s wrong before we tell you what we’re going to do about it.

We Fix It

We correct the problem. If a seal needs replacing, we replace it. If an install was out of true, we re-true it. If a part failed under manufacturer warranty, we handle that claim on your behalf – because both warranty layers were already registered in writing before we left the first time. No charge to you during the 90-day workmanship window. No negotiating over what’s covered.

You Sign Off
